The CORD Remediation Committee has been hard at work over the past year. We have identified new areas of focus and made subcommittee groups to work on projects of shared interest.

Achievements and Current Activities:

• Submitted several didactic sessions for CORD AA25.
• Current survey project: Examining updated incidence rates of residents undergoing remediation and those transitioning to termination or resignation since COVID and the workforce publication impact. Survey open and active via Survey Listserv until December 1^st.
• New survey project: Assessing status of EM residents acquired through SOAP over the past 3 years, analyzing success versus remediation, termination, or resignation. We’re also exploring traits that are shared and may inform outcomes. Please watch for this survey to be posted/emailed out in next few months.
• Ongoing data collection on follow-up outcomes from our online Consult Service, with a manuscript currently under publication review.
• We continue to offer a virtual Consult Service and other resources. 
• Planning a potential Virtual Consult Session this winter.
• Working on updating our website.
